Watches are very good at one thing: telling exact time. You already know that, you know that they can be used as gadgets, PDAs and even more.

Today there’s something new: Body Watch, which besides showing the exact time, it also indicates your body condition, like fat graduation, water graduation, height range, age range and other timing related features, which help you stay in shape trough exercise.

It's not quite a design marvel, but sure is an engineering one

Body Watch uses Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA) and advanced Strain Gauge Precision Technology to  measure your body condition. I don’t have a clue what those words mean, but I bet they’re pretty hi-tech, and help explain a little how the watch works, at least for physics frenzy people.

For 49.95$ I say it’s a hell of a deal. If you are at least concerned about body health as I am you should consider one, to go with your training gear.
