Vodafone is already one of the biggest mobile communications provider in Europe. That doesn’t mean they don’t try to improve their services every day and bring additions to their offer.
One of the latest things they added is pretty cool. From now on Vodafone clients in a couple of major European countries will be able to access YouTube content directly from their mobile phone, via the Vodafone Live! service. Plus, customers will be able to upload their own videos on Youtube from the phone, without needing a computer as an intermediar.

Vodafone and Youtube joined forces for better mobile entertainment services
As part of the business, the British company will have to provide for YouTube a selection a new quality videos daily. Steve Chen, CEO of Youtube, declared that ”Partnering with Vodafone will accelerate those efforts to serve our loyal YouTube users as well as allow new mobile audiences to enjoy YouTube.” So it seems that would be a profitable business for both Vodafone and Youtube.
And the main beneficiaries of the partnership will be of course us, the clients. I’m expecting that more and more companies would take example from Vodaphone…
