Trabbit TM-7000 brings GPS to PMPs

PMPs are essentially portable multimedia players, with enhanced video and photo viewing capabilities. That translates in bigger LCD screen and maybe integrated TV tuner.

Trabbit adds today GPS to its TM-7000 PMP.

Trabbit TM-7000 looks simple, but that's not a bad thing necessarily

TM-7000 is powered by WinCE 5.0, has a 7″ LCD screen (480 x 243 pixels), a little too little for my taste, DMB TV tuner and the aforementioned GPS. Trabbit pus DivX, XviD, Mpeg4-SP, AVI and WMV compatibility in TM-7000, so you don’t have to worry much about video conversion.

Another nice feature is PIP (Picture-in-Picture), that allows you to watch TV while watching a video in background. I bet that in this situation you’ll miss a higher resolution, which is perfectly possible for a 7″ screen, but you’ll have to live with it, if you buy TM-7000. If you are really interested in a purchase all I can tell you about Trabbit is they are from Korea.
