If you’re not crazy about Apple’s white iPod color then Sony got it right this time

To solve this potential problem, Sony launched today the first Bluetooth Micro HI-FI Stereo System, called CMT-U1BT. What makes this gadget different is the addition of Bluetooth connectivity profile A2DP (Advanced Audio Distribution Profile) that, simply put, allows the device to playback music from any Bluetooth enabled device, no matter what application you are using.

If you find yourself in trouble, not having Bluetooth connectivity on your favourite MP3 Player, Sony helps you with the A2DP Bluetooth Dongle that plugs in your PC, phone, portable CD or surround sound system. As you might expect from Sony, CMT-U1BT scores also big on style, with a brushed metal look. Add to that the 2 x 25 Watt RMS power, AM/FM Radio and remote control and you have a fine Micro HI-FI Stereo System that weights under 1 KG and costs approximately 399 €.
