From what I saw in the last years SanDisk, the flash memory manufacturer, is expanding their product portfolio with gadgets that are using flash memory, one of their strongest points.
This seems of course a normal move, but not every memory manufacturer had the same success, and I can name here A-Data and Transcend.

The last MP3 model that joined SanDisk’s product list is the 1 GB Sansa Express, that it’s aiming directly at Apple’s iPod Shuffle with a price tag of 60 $ and more features from which I can mention the OLED Display, MicroSD Card Slot, FM Tuner and Voice Recorder. As you can see from specs, Sansa Express has all the strong points compared to iPod Shuffle and from pictures I say that it has the looks also. Sandisk Sansa Clip is also a great product by Sandisk as it’s cheaper than iPod Shuffle and has a number of features.
