Samsung VLUU i70 adds messaging function to its 7.2 megapixels
It’s not unusual for IT products to incorporate new functions that give birth to a hybrid, but not always this merging is beneficial to the end-user. Samsung VLUU i70 it’s such example, featuring HSDPA connectivity, that allows it to receive and send text messages and pictures.

Samsung did a good job with the design of VLUU i70
If you take down the HSDPA connectivity, Samsung VLUU i70 it’s a normal consumer digicam, with 7.2 megapixels resolution, 3X optical zoom, ISO 1600 (it’s becoming standard on consumer products), 30 fps VGA recording, ASR (Advanced Shake Reduction), face recognition and a 3" LCD screen. Now the fun begins with it’s HSDPA feature, that allows users to upload pictures directly to a server, remote computer of website. You can also send and receive text messages.

Samsung is pushing the LCD size to 3" lately with it’s all it’s products
I’m wondering how users will be able to write messages with the keypad placed in the far right side of the camera. The buttons also seem embedded in the casing because of the sliding mechanism of the optical part of Samsung’s VLUU i70, so pressing them will result in improper tactile response. For now the price it’s not known, as the camera has just been announced in Korea.
