Samsung SLIQ, the name says it allAfter talking all day about stylish products and design concepts I feel like owning such a phone, but it seems that what I’ve seen so far doesn’t really appeal me. That was till I saw the Samsung SLIQ, a black, slim concept made by Mike Serafin. As many concepts and forthcoming models SLIQ features a touchscreen interface.

Basically, SLIQ only has a power on/off button. Everything else is software emulated. SLIQ doesn’t only looks good but also has some practical features, like a special place to dock a Bluetooth headset and a two megapixel Schneider-Kreuznach digital camera. Multimedia features are a must these days and SLIQ has no flows here, as it offers MP3 and video player, with the latter looking really interesting on the super wide LCD screen, that covers the front part of the phone.

Maybe SLIQ will never hit the street, but that won’t stop me hope that Samsung or other manufacturer will take this concept into account and plan a similar mass production phone.
