Samsung i620 becomes a QWERTY slider

Traditionally, Samsung smartphones featured QWERTY keyboard, but that’s about to change, as the forthcoming i620 will be a QWERTY slider. The result is not great: when opened, i620 really looks good, but when it’s closed it’s too wide, almost a square.

If SGH-i607 was codenamed Blackjack, the i620 should be called Fatso

That shouldn’t be an issue with Samsung fans, but with me it is, as I prefer a slimmer phone to a cube. Specs are good and I want to mention the 95 grams weight, much close to a regular phone than a PDA Phone, three band GSM with UMTS and HSDPA, 2 megapixel camera, front call camera, WiFi, Bluetooth and microSD card. I hope they’ll decide to make also a black versions, as silver looks best on sport cars.
