S-series, a luxury stylish phone

We’re used to see smarter and smarter phones being launched every day, cause all the producers struggle to keep pace with the emerging technologies and include them on their products before the competitors. But the design of these new phones often lacks the spark.

Simon Enever tries to change this with its new concept, the S-series mobile phone. It’s not amazing from the technological point of view, but still has a big screen, integrated digital camera and many more useful functions.

The main attraction of the S-series is of course  the design. I haven’t seen any other phone using wood for its body until now, but i have to say it looks great on this one, giving the device a luxury and stylish air.

The designer claims that the S-series was imagined as a mobile phone who’s main functions could be accessed without the need to open the slide. Only the abilities that require text typing would require that operation, so the S-series tries to break a barrier in ergonomics too.

The S-series from Simon Enever is still a concept, but it can prove to be more then an ordinary slider phone, with its looks and functionality. He might benefit from the lack of many contestants on the "ultra stylish" phones market and become a best-seller in the near future.
