The Razer Lycosa Programmable Backlit Gaming Keyboard is a wired, USB powered gaming keyboard. It comes in a lovely black color, backlit in an icy blue shade; a very successful combination of colors that make the Razer logo look impressive in the middle of the wrist rest. The top of the keys have a rubber finish, so it feels nice and prevents your fingers from slipping after hours of play.

This keyboard for games provides programmable keys and the producer presumes with ‘’good macros capability’’. You also get a button that disables Windows/Context Menu (it prevents minimizing the game while playing, for instance, when accidentally pressed). With this keyboard you get to customize up to ten software profiles and switch them without pressing pause. Media keys are included, just as the earphone-out and microphone-in jack hubs. A good thing though, about this particular keyboard is the response time: one millisecond.

It isn’t the best possible hardware for serious use, such as web surfing, and it really isn’t worth its price, unless you are a gamer and you buy it for that specific purpose. Keep this in mind!

Well, what you get is not the worse keyboard, but a rather regular, almost best gaming keyboard inside, with enhanced ergonomics and looks on the outside. I’d say it’s a decent deal!
