Panasonic SDR-S10 is the smallest SDHC camcoder
SDHC high capacity memory cards made possible small size camcoders, that now don’t need hard drives or tape storage to record. The world’s smallest camcoder using SDHC cards is made by Panasonic and its called SDR-S10.

Small size is made possible by SDHC card, a good compromise between size and capacity
When we say small, we really mean small: SDR-S10 measures only 1.2" x 2.5" x 4.5" (approximately 3.04 x 6.35 x 11.43 cm). Video recording is made easy by the 2.7" foldable LCD screen and the 10X optical zoom, a very good value for such a small camcoder. With a 2 GB SDHC card you can record up to 50 minutes of video and with a 4 GB one you can reach 100 minutes, a respectable value for an amateur camera.

LCD is foldable and can be rotated also
One more technical thing, Panasonic promises a 1.7 seconds delay from start-up till the moment you can actually record something with SDR-S10. Don’t bother to ask about price and availability, that hasn’t been communicated yet.
