All Media Center PC lovers dream of having a computer case that seamlessly integrates in their living room, that can be easily mistaken for a digital amplifier or DVD player.

OrigenAE takes this idea even further with S21T, their latest HTPC (Home Theater PC) model, that integrates a 12″ LCD display with an amazing 1080p screen resolution.

Even if it’s not the first computer case manufacturer to embed an LCD display in a HTPC case (Silverstone’s LASCALA LC18 comes in my mind), OrigenAE surely is the first to crank up the resolution to 1080p (1920 x 1080 pixels). If you just bought a TV set with a smaller resolution you’re just unlucky.

OrigenAE offers S21T in two color schemes: black and silver, so no wooden finish for you library geeks. Integration of such a big screen allows for enormous interior space, for up to 10 hard-drives, you this HTPC can also function like a home File Server for distribution of media content. When the screen slides, the front mask reveals an optical drive bay, a card reader and multiple front connectors.

There’s no word yet on pricing and availability of this little monster, but I expect it to cost in the 1000$ area, at least.
