Nokia and all the other big players on the mobile phones market took full advantage of the 3GSM World Congress in Barcelona, launching a couple of brand new and impressive phones. So, after the E90 Communicator, it’s time to take a look on the brand new Nokia N77.

The main attraction of this phone is the DVB-H technology. This allows us to watch our favourite TV shows wherever we are, on our N77. That should be a great opportunity for the mobile television industry, and I’m expecting that a lot of operators will provide this kind of services in the near future.

Nice black and silver look

Of course, for a quality TV time you need a big screen. And the Nokia N77 comes with a 2.4″ one, TFT, with 16M colours. And the sound is also top notch for a phone, with some integrated high quality surround speakers.  And while we speak of entertainment, i should mention that this gadget has of course a media player and a radio. An unique one actually, called Visual Radio. And if you’re worried about storage space, the Finns provided us with a storage space of 2 GB, more then enough for over 1000 MP3s.

And when we speak about the new Nokia N77, it’s not all about the fun part. No, so let’s get serious now. The N77 is like a small computer, cause it has a Symbian OS and thus all the applications you want can be installed on it. Not too mention the great camera and the extended connectivity, starring 3G and EDGE.

So, if you live in a DVB-H country or just like the N77, you’ll be able to get it for just 370 euros, as Nokia is planning to make it available from the second quarter of this year.
