As im a really busy and active person, the music really helps me out when I'm training, The headphones arent the best quality but theyr pretty good anyway (Ipod Fan Here) I would recommend the 5800 for anyone that loves a bit of style and their music if not then well you can get a big blocky iphone which in my opinion functions better but looks absolutely hideous.
