Need for Speed ProStreet coming this fall

Another year, another Need for Speed ay? Just as EA accustomed us during the last period, they launch a brand new game from the NFS series each year. This time, it’s called Need for Speed ProStreet, and it’s about… car races, what else?

Actually, we’re talking about street car races, like in the previous games, the purpose of the player being to obtain the ultimate street racing supremacy.

I’m not sure what are EA going to achieve with ProStreet, as they keep marching on the same overused idea, but i do hope it’s going to be something different, cause from NFS Underground, the series has gone down and down and down…

Another Need for Speed? But what’s new?

Need for Speed ProStreet states to be better. OOOOK. I’m not convinced until i see it. From the videos, the graphics seem pretty good, but that has always been a good part of the series. What’s more interesting is that the cars seem to take real damage, like back on the good old Porsche time, but more realistic, with wheels flying, metal bending and all the menu.

We’ll just have to wait and see, as EA will launch the new ProStreet in November this year, just in time for the winter holidays. I must admit, even though their games aren’t great, their commercial plan kicks ass.
