Motorola S10-HD Bluetooth Stereo Headphones: Let’s go sporty!

Motorola S10-HD Bluetooth Stereo Headphones: Let’s go sporty!

In the world of fast technology advances and entertainment, wireless devices have become a very common accessory. The wireless headset is no exception. Even though it was originally created for the business segment, the producers have extended the consumer target as more and more people became interested in the product’s features. Such an example is the Motorola S10-HD Bluetooth Stereo Headphones, released in September 2010. Its characteristics make it great for street wear, targeting consumers from adolescents to YUP (Young Urban Professional).

The Motorola S10-HD Bluetooth Stereo Headphones provides nine hours of talking, eight hours of music playback and ten days of standby, which is quite an improvement on the battery’s extended use (USB rechargeable, by the way).

This Bluetooth headset is meant particularly for entertainment, being capable of streaming music from both the cellar phone and the MP3 player. To strengthen that belief, the producer thought about digital tuning commands (aside from taking/ hanging up calls, you have the adjustable volume, the play/pause buttons and change track ones) and improved bass. When an incoming call is arrived, the music pauses (if it’s on) and plays again after hanging up.

The behind the head design suggests passion for sports and the sweat proof characteristic (because of the hydrophobic acoustic mesh) makes it great long wear. But you won’t be able to lie flat on a bed listening to music.

If we analyse this wireless headset for the practical use, this is what it can do: it connects (quite easily) to one mobile phone, it’s got an exceptional battery life and great sound, being comfortable, as well. Unfortunately, the device lacks in nose cancelling functions, something that’s necessary in loud environments.

In order to access the middle level consumers, the Motorola S10-HD Bluetooth Stereo Headphones had to become more affordable, and it has! The price of this product is now around 60 US dollars. So, basically what you get is a phone headset that is magnificent for music, too. Is it a good deal? In my opinion, Motorola’s baby has got now to a good price. I wouldn’t have purchased the Motorola S10-HD Bluetooth Stereo Headphones one year ago, when it was hot ‘’like a rich noise’’ and just as expensive, but now I find these headsets as quite a decent purchase, although the former S9 HD headset series from Motorola is not a bad option neither.

Are these headsets the best Bluetooth headsets? Not really, although this is an interesting product, there are for sure better ones out there!
