HTC has a iPhone killer, Touch, or so they sayApple announced iPhone this year and everybody else figured out that touchscreen interfaces are a cool thing. Further more, everybody tries to copy in some degree the iPhone, which hasn’t even been launched yet. One of those replicas is the HTC Touch, a Windows Mobile 6 PDA Phone with some additional interface, TouchFLO, mounted on top of the operating system, but in a more brute way compared to LG Prada.

HTC Touch is boosting some interesting features, but nothing uncommon these days:

  • Windows Mobile 6 Professional
  • Triband GSM/GPRS/EDGE
  • Wi-Fi b/g
  • Bluetooth 2.0
  • 2.0 megapixel CMOS camera
  • Dimensions: 99.9mm x 58mm x 13.9mm
  • Weight: 112g with battery
  • 64 MB RAM, 128 MB ROM (1GB microSD storage card included)
  • 2.8” TouchFlo LCD screen with backlight, 240 x 320 dots resolution with 65,536 colors
  • Rechargeable Li-Ion battery with a capacity of 1100 mAh
  • Standby time up to 200 hours / Talk time up to 5 hours
  • Choice of two colors at launch - elegant soft black or alluring wasabi green

To see how the interface works we have a few videos, grabbed from here.
