The new BMW X5 SUV seems to be the perfect car to try wake boarding without a speed boat. BMW did a great job and managed to improve on the already sporty SUV, fitting it with a lot of electronics devices that help driving the massive 2.5 tons vehicle from 0 to 62 mph in under 6.5 seconds. A special suspension called adaptive drive is available as an extra, but the comfort ride is worth it. Fuel economy is a forgotten word with the V8 petrol engine: Vicky managed only 8.8 miles to the gallon. Fifth gear puts it trough the paces and what they find out is worth seeing the next video.
