Female Type robot just made debut
If you followed technology news lately you must have seen the new wave of robots that usually come from Japan. Also you must have seen that every model resembles a masculine shape and behaviour, so ladies are neglected, at least that wast true till yesterday, when FT Robot hit the spotlight.
FT stands for Female Type, and was developed by Tomotaka Takahashi. The robot is just over one feet tall, but incorporates 23 motors and two gyroscopes. The creator consulted with various fashion designers to study and reproduce the gracious walking women usually have.
Today only two prototypes are available, but Tomotaka Takahashi plans to sell FT very soon, at a “modest” 300.000 $, a sum which will make you shake like a real man in front of natural beauty.
