E-TEN Glofiish X800 debuts at CeBIT
Well known for it’s slim PDA phones Glofiish series, that debuted last year, E-TEN announced today at CeBIT Hanovra, the biggest IT show in the world, the X800, a successor to X700 that upps specs a little more.

I love the new colors of Glofiish X800, but I don’t like the joystick
Glofiish X800 is marketed as a 3.5G Pocket PC Phone with Windows Mobile 6 and VGA display. From this you can deduct what’s new: the latest Windows Mobile version and a VGA screen (640 x 480 pixels). Further more, we have a front VGA camera for video calls and HSDPA connectivity. The rest of specs remained unchanged: 400 MHz Samsung CPU, 128 MB ROM, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, micro-SD slot and Mini-USB port.
Personally I would have loved 128 MB RAM (I suppose they haven’t changed RAM size. X700 had only 64 MB, pretty shy for Windows Mobile 6). Dimensions are another strong point of Glofiish X800: 113.5 x 60.5 x 15.8 mm. Price and release date wasn’t communicated by E-TEN but I expect only a short delay, as with every Glofiish model.
