Balance Cell Phone, mobility for the future

Balance is the ultimate luxury smartphone concept, brainchild of designer Bence Bogar. The exclusivity of a fancy cell phone and the raw power and functions of a smart one bound together in this gadget, that i can’t wait to see on the market in the near future.

Flipped OFF, Flipped ON

Balance comes with a titanium or stainless steel body and an innovative mechanism that combines the advantages of a slider and a clam shell phone. This way, the gadget can be used in different positions, being suitable to most of the applications required by even the most pretentious user.

Here are the two touchscreens

Touchscreens complete the Balance. Not one, but two of them, a bigger main one (2.8", 400 x 240 px) and a smaller one, called MindPad, used for input. Both are protected, by flipping the phone off, like you can see in the movie bellow. Storage is assured by a microSD card, that can be easily loaded with information via the mini USB connection. The big LCD screen makes this concept a perfect multimedia gadget. Music and even videos would look great on it, and the designer enhanced it with a potent camera:  5.1 megapixel with auto focus, 2x optical zoom and QuadLED assist light.

What’s more impressive is how all these can fit in a tiny 45 x 73 x 10 mm gadget. Flipped off, on or in the desk stand mode, the Balance cell phone is great and could be an ideal accessory for those who don’t spend the entire day at the office and are always on the move. Can’t wait to see it out. I’m not even thinking of its price. Seems to good to ruin the image…
